In both cases, their prices were comparable to other vendors selling Lampe Berger products. But more importantly, my orders arrived very quickly (with no shipping charges). I also e-mailed them with a question about a particular item I had been trying to find, and their response was prompt and very helpful. On my second order, there was one small problem... I ordered three bottles of Lampe Berger fragrances, but only two bottles arrived. It just took was quick call to customer service and all was well. The customer service representative was very friendly and apologetic for the error. They shipped the missing item the next day and it arrived a couple of days later. I also like the little personal touches they add to each order! When was the last time you got a hand-written thank you card with something you ordered online? Great job MKates... Ill be back!
